I love the South Shore of Massachusetts, but a few weekends ago I cheated on my home with the North Shore and Salem, MA. I visited Salem for the first time this past fall, as shown here, but there's always something extra special seeing a place through the eyes of a local. Cat (Catherine Threlkeld Photography) and I met up to chat about photography and capture some moments. We walked straight to Gulu Gulu, where naturally I picked up a Chai Tea (I have an addiction). I personally wanted to check out this hot little spot because Cam is playing a show there on May 6th - check out all his shows here. This place was popping, the food looked great, and I can't wait to go back! More than anything, I adored the quaint, whimsical feel that Salem boasts. It was a tad chilly, but that didn't stop me from showing off my newly pedicured toes in my newly acquired wedges. These Forever 21 wedges give my fellow 5'2'' ladies lots of extra height and they're super comfy - a win-win in my book.
