It's Not Easy Being Green

I think Kermit had it right. Green can be a really tough color to wear because the shade has to be perfect! I fell in love with this H&M top (another item from my H&M Fall Haul) when I saw this photo. The shade is perfect, but I can't say I love the fabric. The top is from their Conscious Collection and made out of 100% recycled polyester, but it wrinkles very easily - make sure you have a steamer handy! :)
I visited my parents on Saturday and was stunned by their view. The Prudential building displayed the words "Art Hub". One of my favorite parts about visiting my parents is the fact that they've kept the same furniture all these years, such as this teak bookcase in the pictures above. Even though we moved many times when I was growing up, our furniture seemed to remain the same and therefore has left me feeling very nostalgic.
