1. What is your blogging process?
I focus on what I'm passionate about in the moment, which is how this has turned into a lifestyle blog. I've found that I write better and make time for blogging when I am truly excited about my content - this could be food, travel, home decor, or fashion. I also find myself drawn to photographs rather than paragraphs, which is why Instagram is such an amazing platform for sharing pieces of my life.
2. What was the best thing to happen to you this week? Winter Storm Juno has allowed me to spend more time with my husband Cameron while we work from home. :)
3. If you had one superpower what would it be? Teleportation - I could go from Florida to North Carolina to Massachusetts in a hot minute!
4. Are you a cat person, a dog person, or neither? Both - total tie. Some big dogs scare me, but I still love them.
5. What was the last song you listen to? Crazy In Love from the "Fifty Shades of Grey" Soundtrack - obsessed with this version. uh oh uh oh...
6. What are you most proud of? I am most proud of the leadership roles I held at a young age- they have made me who I am today.
7. Do you prefer morning, afternoon or night? Afternoon - I feel accomplished, but as if the possibilities are endless.
8. Are you introverted, extroverted or a mix of both? Both - extroverted in public, introverted at home.
9. What fashion trend can you completely not stand? Socks with sandals - some people can pull it off if it's done daintily, but not me.
10. Name one thing you can’t live without and why? Water and lip balm - I'm so sensitive to dehydration.
11. And finally if you could achieve one thing from blogging, what would it be? I've realized that I am truly doing this for me. It's a diary that I'm sharing with the world. I can't wait to look back on these posts in 10 years and reflect on how I have grown. I also love the relationships that I have created and continue to build.
