Less than 24 hours ladies!!! I've been counting down the days until the Lilly Pulitzer for Target collaboration hits stores. I can honestly say that I'm happy I don't still live in NC for this event. I'm not saying that Lilly Pulitzer isn't popular here in Boston - it totally is, but I have a feeling there might be extreme chaos at my old Target in Greenville, NC. That's why I'm here to remind you:
1) Don't stress.
2) It's only stuff and eventually it's going to collect dust in your house.
3) Have fun!
I've gone through my fair share of Target Designer Collaborations and never bought everything that was on my original wish list. Primarily this is due to my despise for online shopping (I know, I'm the only blogger that feels this way, but I LIVE for the thrill of the hunt and online shopping makes it way too easy, shopping is my cardio...). I also never find items in my size. I actually found this Jason Wu for Target skirt 2 years later at a Goodwill in CT. I needed a size 4 and magically there it was! Anyways, I'm rambling...this is why I make extremely extensive wish lists - see above! I hope to find at least 25% of these items, but if not, no biggie. I'm just excited to see the world embrace a little bit more color in their lives.
The Lilly Pulitzer for Target collaboration hits stores tomorrow, April 19th. Most stores open at 8AM. The collection is supposed to be available online sometime between midnight and 2AM central time. I'll be asleep.
