Metallic Shorts

I fell in love with these metallic BCBG shorts at Nordstrom Rack last summer. They have been an amazing addition to my wardrobe. Of course, anything that feels like pajamas, but still looks stylish is an A+ in my book. However when I saw Rachel Bilson in "Hart of Dixie" wearing the exact SAME ones, I knew I had made a savvy shopping decision.

The weather was absolutely gorgeous in Boston today and allowed me to pair one of my favorite blouses with these shorts. I'm obsessed with the light lime color and lightweight feel of this blouse- perfect for summer! What closet staples have you kept from last summer?
