Happy Wednesday! I know I typically talk about our Sunday adventures on Monday, but the start of this week was crazy between work and Opening Day, so better late than never. We had the best time this past Sunday. The weather was absolutely gorgeous! It was the first day in FOREVER we wore short sleeves and rolled the windows down. I've always loved Route 1A along the North Shore in Massachusetts and I wanted to share the beauty with Cam. We started our day at Kelly's Diner, an old fashioned diner in Somerville, which is always packed on a Sunday morning. I love the atmosphere and immediately feel like I'm transported back to a simpler time. I ordered the eggs benedict (of course!) and Cam ordered the blueberry pancakes with a side of bacon. Yum! We then made our way to Marblehead, our destination for the day. I love wandering the streets and taking in the scenery. We even made our way into an open house, a house that was built in 1800. It had so much character with 3 fireplaces, exposed brick and wooden beams, and a sunken living room. I was in love. Marblehead is pricey and no where near our jobs, but it's fun to dream.
xoxo!
P.S. What do you think of the vintage scarf I tied to my LV? A little nautical touch for our coastal adventure.
