Desk Reveal // Interior Decorating on a $100 Budget

If you've been following along for the past month or so and read this blog post, you've realized that we recently moved. If you've been following along for the past year or so, you've realized that we upgraded from 480 square feet to 725 square feet and while our new apartment seems like a mansion in comparison, it's still only a 1 bedroom, so we've had to be creative with our space. One of the little nooks that I've grown to love is our "mini office" or desk space. I think the reason I truly love this space is the electric mix of the furniture I selected. The burl wood secretary desk balanced with the vintage whicker and velvet chair adds a whimsical flair to our humble abode. It's my tiny happy place. :)

P.S. I know Christmas Gifts kinda go against the whole $100 budget concept, but it came out of Cameron's budget, so that make sense, right? ;)
